Currently, we only ship across the UK.
Where do your products come from?
All of our products are sourced from trusted retailers and suppliers in the United States.
We specialise in authentic U.S. skincare and body care brands that can be difficult to find in the UK, so you can shop cult favourites with confidence.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready to ship items are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on your location.
For pre-order items, estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page and at checkout. If your order contains both ready to ship and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
How long do Pre-orders take to arrive?
Once the pre-order window closes, we'll source the stock as quickly as we can. Orders are placed within 2-4 days, depending on volume. Once it reaches our UK warehouse, we'll dispatch your items within 1-2 days.
Orders from the US typically take around 1-3 weeks to arrive.
