## Order Processing Times
All in-stock items that are not marked as Pre-Order in the product description will be processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order being placed.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

## Pre-Order Items
Any item clearly marked as Pre-Order in the product description is subject to a longer processing and delivery timeframe.
Pre-order items are ordered once the stated pre-order period has ended. After the pre-order closing date:
1. We place our supplier order from the United States
2. We wait for the shipment to arrive from the US to the UK
3. Once stock arrives and is checked, your order will be packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days
Please note that pre-order delivery times may vary depending on supplier processing times, international shipping, customs clearance, and courier delays.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended waiting period.

## Combined Orders
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your full order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives, unless stated otherwise.
